At MC Graphics vCard, we provide digital services only. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how your digital business card and related services are delivered after a successful purchase.

Digital Product Delivery

MC Graphics vCard offers digital business cards and online subscription plans. As our products are digital, no physical products are shipped.

After successful payment, your selected plan will be activated, and you will be able to create and manage your digital business card through your account.

Delivery Time

Online Payments: Plan activation is usually instant or completed within 15–30 minutes after successful payment.
In rare cases, activation may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or technical issues.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive:

Payment confirmation
Order confirmation (if applicable)
Access to your purchased plan through your account

If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.

Custom Services

For custom design, branding, or other personalized services, delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order. The completion time may vary depending on the project requirements.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your plan is not activated after a successful payment:

Refresh your account or log in again.
Contact our support team with your payment details.

We will verify your payment and activate your plan as quickly as possible.

Physical Shipping

MC Graphics vCard does not ship physical products through courier or postal services. If we introduce physical products such as NFC cards in the future, a separate shipping policy will apply.
